SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that remain unopened, with the plastic wrapping intact. This ensures the product’s integrity and quality.
2. For eligible items, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days from date of delivery.
3. Please be aware that return shipping or postal fees are not covered by us. Customers are responsible for these costs.
4. Upon processing a return, we will credit 85% of the original purchase price to your account. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies.
5. We recommend using a prepaid, insured, and traceable delivery service for your return. Ensure you obtain a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost items.
6. For international returns, please clearly mark the package with “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid it being returned to you.
7. We reserve the right to refuse refunds.
