As tech and branding execs, we faced a ton of shit that drained our energy and hindered our life goals. These Mindshit obstacles affected our mental balance, stress management, relationships, and fulfillment. The SISTERLY community was born from our shared battle against Mindshit. Our path revealed the strength of sisterhood in transforming Mindshit into Mindshifts, inspiring a space for all women to share their empowering journeys.

Iri’s passion is to make a valuable contribution to creating gender equity and equality in business and beyond.
Iri is a tech executive, best-selling author, and TEDx speaker with 15+ years of coaching and training experience, known for helping women grow into their full potential. Her global Enablement career, spanning Europe, Asia, and the US, gives her a deep understanding of women’s challenges in their development. Besides her professional prowess, Iri is a step-mom, loves motorcycle adventures, and enjoys NYC’s vibrant party life with her husband.

Jo’s passion is to move the world with her creative ideas and designs, positively changing people’s lives.
Jo is the founder and CEO of a creative brand agency supporting national and global Health, Technology, and Living companies. She and her team’s work is known for its imaginative and dynamic design of brand processes. Jo is also a certified coach with 20+ years of experience working with professionals from all walks of life and backgrounds. Jo loves more than just creativity; she’s passionate about baking bread and having lots of fun experimenting with dough. She lives in Hamburg with her wife and two cats, Stevie and Silva.
